Dog(s) must be registered on the DNA Poo Prints program and pay the $40 registration fee per dog.

$300 non-refundable pet fee, $30 per month pet rent, and must provide proof of updated shot records. No aggressive breeds allowed.

Utilities: Park Ridge pays water, sewer, and trash pick-up. Resident is responsible for electricity, cable, and internet.
