Cal-Wood is a 1,200 acre scenic mountain setting 15 miles northwest of Boulder near Jamestown, Colorado.  We are a non-profit organization bringing kids and families together with nature driven by outstanding environmental education programming.  

We are seeking a part time custodian to start as soon as possible.  

This position includes 4-5 days of work per week (including some weekends) and up to 4 hours of work each day depending on the schedule of visiting groups. Bigger cleaning days (usually Wednesdays and Fridays and up to 8 hours per day) include cleaning the cabins, lodge bathrooms and the main lodge (including the dining hall, main offices, and staff bathroom). Daily cleaning includes the customer bathrooms and the lodge. Timing is mostly flexible but dependent on the groups arrival and departure times. We might be able to offer more hours in other departments if the candidate needs more hours.

This is an hourly position at $21/hour. 

This position will work under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. Candidate should have a friendly demeanor as they will interact with other personnel and various large groups ranging from school children to adults who attend programming at Cal-Wood. 

Requirements:
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Ability to pass background check/fingerprinting
A 4WD with proper winter tires
