Hiring Requirements:
1. Reefer Experience: At least 1 year of refrigerated (reefer) experience within the last 3 years.
2. Driving Record: No accidents, no moving violations, and a clean PSP and MVR.
3. OTR Experience: Drivers should have been Over-The-Road (OTR) in the last 3 to 5 years, with an understanding of long hauls and coast-to-coast runs.
4. SAP Drivers: No SAP (Substance Abuse Program) drivers.
5. Accidents: No critical at-fault DOT accidents.
6. Performance: We are a performance-based company, where fuel economy, idle time, and efficient, safe driving are highly valued.
Workload:
• Mileage: We average 1100-1500 miles per load, with the possibility of 3000 miles every week if you are a hard runner and want to go coast to coast.
