Monarch Development Civil is a leading civil infrastructure company that is looking for an Equipment Operator to start immediately. We believe in investing in quality people as people are the backbone of our company. Monarch is made up of a close-knit team that works hard but with an enjoyable working environment. Pay is DOE $35/hr

What we do:
• We are a Civil Heavy Construction company. We handle demo, land clearing, mass excavation, utilities, etc.

• Currently need a qualified Equipment Operator in the Bozeman area. Reliable transportation is a must

• Advancement opportunities and great pay

• We are looking for long term employees

Requirements:
• Experience in grading, excavating for utilities, loading trucks, etc.
• Ability to run multiple pieces of heavy construction equipment
• Help on site with other tasks when necessary
• Care for operated construction equipment and machines
• Able to efficiently and effectively complete tasks
• Follow all safely protocols
• Be a team player
