Secor is looking for a Dependable Class A Local Driver for a Home Daily Opportunity!
• FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
• Home Each Night!
• Daily rate of $275- flat rate even if hours vary each day.
• Exceptional Benefit Package.
• Dedicated contract carrier with consistent routes each week .
• Dependable freight and stable work environment.
You will drive:
• Newer model Freightliner!
• Well maintained with our in-house maintenance team.
What you will do:
• Mostly shuttle work for our customer with LTL work as needed.
• Dedicated dock work each day using a forklift. Must have prior experience on a forklift!
• Process paperwork including matching BOLs to pallet counts, filling out crossdock sheet, etc.
• Load/Unload trailers with accuracy.
• Local runs within 300 miles of the terminal
• Steady Freight- Year-Round Work
• Consistent and dedicated home time each night
Your Schedule:
• Monday-Friday starting at 10AM
• Expect it could be a full day each day but the average is 8-10 hour day. (11-14 hours per day)
Minimum Requirements:
• Class A CDL
• 2 years’ experience
• MVR record with 2 or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
